Swimming off the cliffs -

Hi,

we’re staying at The Cliff hotel and are wondering how far from the cliffs in general it’s safe to swim? Do you need to stay in quite close or can you go out 100 metres without getting hit by a boat or any other “surprises”? What about SUPing? We are strong swimmers btw..... any help appreciated!
Please help.
